Blessing of the Animals 2008
St Francis of Assisi Day
October 4th was St. Francis of Assisi Day. To celebrate and recognize his ministry we held a blessing of the animals. Well behaved animals attended the church service and then a service and blessing of the animals took place in the parish hall. A delicious lunch took place afterwards.
