Parish Life - Corned Beef and Cabbage
Every year on the Saturday preceding, or on, St. Patrick's day we have a wonderful Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner. We serve home made Irish soda bread, Corned Beef and Cabbage with all the trimmings (carrots, turnips, parsnips, potatoes, onions). Our special glaze and cooking techniques make this one of the best meals around! We frequently are visited and entertained by very talent fiddlers! Next year this event will be on March 14th, 2009!
